Day 11:

Did 2-3 hours today.

Still working on cleaning up the transom.

I ground off the old steering pulleys and started removing the stern end of the stringers ready for the new transom.

The half-pipe stringwers will be fully removed once the transom is replaced. New stringers will be timber.
